My real estate partner talks to trees. City coming down on me with unreasnable repairs, like "pave the driveway" ($ 10K). Tennant hasn't paid in four months, (I can't get the paperwork right!). I Can't get a loan, substandard rating by city, credit score gone south, partner can't and won't sign and takes no responsability. Is partition only answer?
